Your benefits are separated into three main categories: Pension, Insurance and Annuity. As you can see to the right, each category is broken down so that you may easily navigate through the website and get the answers you are looking for. You may also download and print any of the forms required by the Fund Office such as: change of beneficiary information, health insurance enrollment, hour bank reimbursement or a full copy of the current Summary Plan Description (SPD).
If, after your online session, you feel that a personal conversation would be more appropriate, you may contact anyone within the Fund Office for further assistance. Every staff member working in the Fund Office is a fully trained individual ready to answer any of your questions and guide you to the people or organizations that may best suit your needs.
